- This notice is to modify the original cbd notice that was published 11.08.00. The Stage I RFP was mailed out to interested parties on Friday 12.08.00. Stage I proposals are due on 01.08.00 at 2:00pm (cst) in Chicago, IL. Details regarding the submission are outlined in the RFP. The pre-proposal conference that was to be held on 12.12.00 is canceled in order to allow each firm more time to review the RFP prior to attending the conference. The pre-proposal conference is now scheduled for 12.20.00 at 10:30am at the Metzenbaum US Courthouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
