PRON: AX0F0163AXAX, NSN: 1620-01-203-0993, PN: 70250-13166-042, Quantity: 255 Each Minimun, 655 each Maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 128 each, 450 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 127 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The First Article Test Report is due 348 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 128 each, 360 Days DACA and 127 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency.
