Required delivery with First Article Testing is 51 each 375 DACA. First Article test report due 238 DACA. Required delivery without first article testing is 51 each 250 DACA. The requirement will be a 100% small business set-aside, plus 2 one year 100% options. This item is restricted to W and G Machine Co., Inc., Hamden, CT 06517-3149 and Jaco Engineering, Anaheim, CA 92805-5356. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.
