Description

Provide all personnel and equipment to supply Unit Dose Radiopharmaceuticals for the Department of Veterans Affairs John D. Dingell Medical Center, 4646 John R Street, Detroit, MI, 48201. All items under the terms of this contract shall be by a registered radiopharmacist. Prior to acceptance of any items, the contractor shall provide documentation of the current licensure/registration of all personnel who will be performing under this contract. The NAICS code for this procurement is 42221. The small business size standard for this procurement is 100 million. Projected period of service is from 2/1/01 through 1/31/02, with the possibility of two pre-priced option years. Requests for proposals (RFP) are now available. Requests for RFP shall be submitted in writing via facsimile at 313/576-1077. Proposals are due by 4:30 pm local time, Monday, January 29, 2001. See numbered Note 22.
