Description: SOURCES SOUGHT TO REPAIR (2)TWO 8340B SYNTHESIZED SWEEPERS 10MHZ-26.5GHz, MANUFACTURED BY HEWLETT PACKARD. REPAIR #1: PART NUMBER C319206, SERIAL NUMBER 3050A02340. PROBLEM: WHEN USING DELTA F MODE ABOVE 5 MHz THE UNIT BECOMES UNSTABLE AND DRIFTS OR BECOMES SHAKY. REPAIR #2: ID NUMBER A440799, SERIAL NUMBER 3050A02320. PROBLEM: FAULT INDICATOR COMES ON WHEN MAX POWER IS OBTAINED AND UNIT BECOMES UNLEVELED. BOTH REPAIRS MUST BE CERTIFITED. CALIBRATION WILL BE DONE BY THE GOVERNMENT.*********** The acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219. The acquisition will be solicitated in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items.
