Description

The Naval Air Station Pensacola intends to negotiate under authority of FAR 6.302-1 with American Council on Education, Washington, DC for 1000 copies of "2001 National Guide to Education Credit for Training Purposes" Vendors believing they can provide such a product may submit a written response within 45 days of the publication date. No contract will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and information sufficient to enable the government to determine if a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued no additional synopsis will be published. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Numbered Note 22 applies.
