Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to place a sole-source contract with CACI, Inc. of Washington, DC. The Navy requires that an Administrative Report (AR) be prepared using CACI's proprietary ADIIS/Fulcrum retrieval system. Further, the Navy's Office of General Counsel owns a seat-license for the ADIIS/Fulcrum software, and Navy lawyers will be reviewing the AR using the software. CACI's proprietary software allows for various exception reports to ensure that all necessary information has been coded, organizes the documents in chronological order, numbers the documents with the appropriate AR number, ensures that packaging is preserved, replaces privileged documents with slip-sheets, and prints both redacted and non-redacted versions. CACI will prepare the AR documenting the Navy's decision-making process in developing an Environmental Impact Statement for the deployment of Surveillance Towed Array Sonar System/Low Frequency Active. CACI will customize its software for this procurement; link the scanned images to the Government's index; load the images and data to a database; review documents for privilege, issues, inclusion in the Administrative Record; and produce the final Administrative Record.
