Description

This requirement is restricted to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control-Dallas, Texas. Lockheed Martin is the only contractor that possesses the required experience, expertise, and knowledge of the KEM/LOSAT requirement necessary for the performance of this effort. The conceptual designs shall be provided by oral presentations no later than 31 Jan 01. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
