The Great Lakes Acquisition Center is soliciting quotations to provide maintenance and repair of the Philips Cath Lab X-Ray System located at the William S. Middleton VA Hospital in Madison WI for the period beginning 1/1/01 through 9/30/01 plus four (4) Option Renewal Periods. This procurement is unrestricted. NAICS Code: 811219.
