Description

Provide Computer Output Microfiche (COM) Service and related support services of picking up and delivering to Hines Department of Veterans Affairs Benefits Delivery Center, Building 215, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141. All services to be provided in accordance with the specifications and work statement from the date of contract award with the possibility of four one-year options (exercised at the government's discretion). Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about December 18, 2000. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the GLAC Contact Point and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone requests will be accepted. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
