Description

Contractor is required to provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation necessary to perform inpatient and outpatient coding services forthe following locations: Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1111East End Boulevard, Wilkes-Barre, PA; Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic Substation, 3110 Hamilton Boulevard, Allentown, PA; Department of Veterans Affairs Outpatient Clinic Substation, 301 N. Elmira Street, Sayre, PA. Coding will be required for Acute Medicine/Surgery/Psychiatry (at discharge), NHCU Inpatient Charts (at discharge); Inpatient Professional Services. Coding Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practioners Code Assignment for Third-Party reimbursable professional services; Outpatient Third-Party Reimbursable Outpatient Records as follows: a. Evaluation & Management (E&M) Services, b. Laboratory Services, c. Radiology Services, d. EKG's; Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery and Inpatient Observations Stays. The base period of this contract is one year from the date of award with four one year renewal options available to the Government.
