Description

Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Canada Dept. of Fishers & Oceans for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Purpose of contract is to charter the R/V W.E. Ricker and minimum 15-person crew to conduct Pacific Whiting survey for fourteen (14) days. Work to be performed under proposed contract is covered under a collaborative research agreement with the Dept. of Fisheries & Oceans. NMFS is paying for 14 calendar days while the Dept. of Fisheries & Oceans is paying for the remainder of the charter costs.
