Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Lakehurst, NJ, intends to procure four (4) each of a Cylinder Accumulator Assembly, P/N 54-50869-1. This item is to be manufactured in its entirety. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for small business concerns and delivery is required 90 days after contract award. Shipping terms shall be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Source. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. This procurement contains technical data subject to export-control laws (see Note 8). Since the Government specifications contain export-controlled data, all contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).
