Solicitation Number N00421-01-Q-0095 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). DFARS 252.204-7004 "Required Central Contractor Registration" applies to all solicitations issued on/after 6/1/98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your offer. This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Novatel Inc, 1120 68th Ave, N E Calgary, CA on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase 15 each, p/n GPS-3151RE GPS receiver card. These are spare and replacement parts for Project Beartrap's opertional Airborne Data Collection System. In order to maintain commonality & compatibility, these supplies need to be obtain from Novatel. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis with Novatel Inc. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
