Description

Solicitation:DAAB07-01-Q-805, Electrical Headset, P/O H-362/PRD-12, NSN: 5965-01-304-2939, P/N SK7629, QTY -- 74. A non-competitive negotiation is proposed with Roanwell Corp., because the Government physically does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase this part other than the current source. It has been determined to be uneconomical to buy the data or rights to the data. It is uneconomical to reverse engineer the part. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. Only written requests for this solicitation will be accepted: See Note 22 Please be advised that the response date included in this notice is a forecast only; please see the solicitation document on the IBOP (see below) for actual response date.
