Description

Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to Industrial Sales & Services Company (ISSCO) on other than full and open competitive basis (1) each Low SH (<1 dB/m) and low scattering loss (<0.2 dB/m) multimode sulphide fiber with core diameter 50 um and cladding diameter 250 um. Sole source is based on unique characteristics required to meet minimum needs of the Naval Research Laboratory. See note(s) 22.
