This PRDA will have two separate proposal due dates. Proposals for this effort will be due by no later than 31 Jan 01, 4:00 pm local time. A subsequent amendment to this PRDA announcement will be issued in the CBD/EPS (under the "Modifications" section) approximately in the late September-October 2001 timeframe announcing the second due date of Phase 1 proposals (30 days after publication of this amendment or approximately 30 November 2001). Proposals will not be accepted at any time between the closing date for the first proposal submittal and the opening date of the second proposal submittal of this solicitation as published in the CBD. The overall objective of the TTNT program is to design, develop, evaluate, and demonstrate technology required to provide a tactical targeting network on tactical aircraft which provides low latency, high throughput, low lifecycle cost, and coexists with Link 16. The overall program is planned to occur in a series of three phases.. The duration of Phase 1 is 16 months of technical effort with an option for Phase 2 for 12 additional months of technical effort and Phase 3 of 18 months of technical effort, if awarded. Multiple Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 awards are planned.
