Description

A -- The U.S. Department of Commerce/NOAA intends to procure on a sole source basis from Krannert Graduate School of Manage- ment (Michael Campion) to provide professional consulting services associated with the development of the 2001 Foreign Commercial Service Assessment. The Assessment will take place in the Washington, D.C. area during the month of February 2001. The contractor will provide services to design the 2001 Commercial Assessment facilitate "subject matter experts". This meeting is for the developmental mission-specific exercises and discuss matters relating to Assessment questions. Tasks will include but limited to the following: (1) Job analysis at all grade levels, (2) Performance dimensions and categories, (3) Decision process and rating scales, (4) Assessment test design, (5) Assessor Training Program, (6) All forms and instructions to be used by assessors and Assessment support staff. This is a notice of intent. No solicitation document is available. Award will be made under simplified acquisition procedures.
