B U.S. Dept of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Oceans Services (NOS) National Marine Sanctuaries Program intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Reef Environmental Education Foundation, Key Largo, Florida, to establish and implement system-wide protocol and expand efforts to gather system-wide data on fish community structure throughout the National Marine Sanctuaries. Contractor will provide information on ecosystem conditions and change over time at selected National Marine Sanctuary Program sites, Establish and implement system-wide protocol and tools, and expand efforts to gather system-wide data on fish community structure, which serves as an indicator of ecosystem health, interpret fish survey information for public awareness and outreach with participation in regional, national, and international events related fo fish survey activities and volunteerism in general. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Reference 101014
