Description

The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport anticipates awarding a sole source contract to International Survey Research, Chicago, IL to perform a survey to assess progress in organizational effectiveness, managerial effectiveness and employee morale. The basic requirement will consist of a review of the previous survey and generation of a questionnaire for the current effort. Options will be included to add additional questions to the survey, distribute the survey, perform an analysis of the survey responses, add organizations to the composite data, report the results of the survey, provide an interactive survey report program, etc. The contract type for this effort is Firm Fixed Price. This effort is a follow-on to contract N66604-98-M-3543, also with International Survey Research. This acquisition is being processed under FAR part 12. Estimated RFP release date 121800.
