Description

CORRECTION: Previously corrected announcement published November 24, 2000 is corrected further by replacing SELECTION CRITERIA, Section (f), and SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS, second sentence, with the following revisions. SELECTION CRITERIA, Section(f): Safety plan outline and past performance (man-hours lost to accidents in the last 100,000 man-hours of work by firm). SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Firms which meet the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit 5 copies of SF254's and SF255's (11/92 edition) for the prime contractor as well as all subcontractors and consultants to the address below not later than close of business, January 3, 2001.
