Description

The purpose of this amendment is to modify the existing CBD advertisement for FEMA procurement EMW-2001-RP-0003, which was published in the October 30, 2000 edition of the CBD, and subsequently amended on November 6, 2000. As a result of this amendment, the Solicitation number is changed from EMW-2001-RP-0003 to Request for Quotations EMW-2001-RQ-0003. It is FEMA's intent to conduct the procurement among GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) 70 holders using GSA's Ordering Procedures for IT Services, as authorized in FAR 8.402. The successful contractor's personnel may be required to possess a current security clearance up to and including a Top Secret security clearance based on a special background investigation updated every 5 years (TS/SBI). In some cases a Special Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance will be required. All other statements in the announcement remain the same.
