The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Heartland Network 15, 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, Kansas has a requirement for Elevator Inspection and Testing for 8 Medical Centers in VISN 15. The Medical Centers to be included are: Leavenworth, Topeka and Wichita, Kansas. Kansas City, Columbia, St Louis, and Poplar Bluff,Missouri and Marion, IL. RFQ V15-01-0080 will be available on or about December 19, 2000. Solicitations must be requested in writing. Faxed request are acceptable. Fax number is (913) 758-6495. Telephone request will not be honored. The NAICS code is 561790 with the Small Business Size Standard 5.0 million. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. This procurement will be conducted using the Commercial Item Format. The award will be for a base year with two, one year options. This solicitation replaces RFP V15-01-0063 which was cancelled.
