Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency/Missile and Space Intelligence Center intends to procure one year of maintenance, inspection and spare parts for the following UPS systems: four (4) Comet 80kVA power system and one (1) Comet 100kVA power system. This maintenance contract shall include the following: one year of factory technical support; one year of call management assistance; one year of component upgrades, one year of replacement spare parts, one preventative maintenance inspection on each unit per year; a maximum of 30 minutes for call back and a guaranteed response time of 4 hours seven days a week. The Government intends to issue a small purchase order to MGE, UPS Systems. The manufacturer of this equipment has certified MGE as the maintenance representative for our geographical area. No RFQs or RFPs will be issued other than this notice. All offerors interested in submitting an offer must fax their proposals to MSIC, ATTN: CPT William M. Russell 256-313-7963.
