Description

The Portland VA Medical Center intends to acquire on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302 preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and required parts from Philips Medical Systems on a Philips Gyroscan Interna 1.5 OMNI MRI with Easyvision R.4 CT/MR workstation. Philips is the manufacturer of the MRI and is the only known source to have access to the proprietary diagnostic software required to maintain the MRI. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
