Description

This contract is entered into pursuant to FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Part 6.2 Full and open Competition after Exclusion of Sources, and Part 19.5 100% Total Set-Aside for Small Business. The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center seeks a contractor to provide all labor, material, parts, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform Cleaning and Inspection of Hospital Ductwork, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and schedule of the contract. Services shall be for the following VA locations, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, OH 44141 (hereinafter called Brecksville), and 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106 (hereinafter called Wade Park). Services shall be from the date of award through September 30, 2001, with four pre-priced one-year options for renewal. Requests for Bid Packages must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and requests may be faxed to 440.838.6052. Bid packages will be available o/a December 14,2000.
