Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required for the demolition and removal of ten 3-story buildings and two single story buildings. Other structures to be demolished and removed include cooling towers, screen walls, supports, fencing, piping and pavement. Buildings foundations shall be removed in their entirety. Asbestos removal is included. Firm fixed price construction, one bid item. 240 calendar days to completion. This project is being issued as a HUBzone set-aside. Only business concerns certified by SBA as a HUBzone concern will be considered for this project. This solicitation will be issued on or about December 18, 2000 and must be downloaded from the Naval Facilities E-Solicitation Website at www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Prospective proposers should register in the "Solicitation Registration" for this particular project to be added to the Plan Holders List.
