Description

Urology services for the VA Medical Center, St. Cloud Minnesota for the period of March 1, 2001 through February 28, 2002 with two option years. Services to be provided on each Tuesday of the month, and emergency on-call service within three hours. Issue date is December 26, 2000, and bids must be received no later than Close of Business (4:30PM local time) on January 26, 2001.
