Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to procure Construction Elementary School Addition at USMA, West Point, New York. The project consist of the construction of a multipurpose physical education/therapy facility. The new facility will be approximately 14,000 SF and consist of gymnasium, occupation/physical therapy, administrative, locker room and support spaces. Outside utilities include domestic water, storm drainage, electrical, sewer, etc. Additionally, the project will include grading, landscaping and parking facilities. The estimated date for the availability of plans and specifications will be on or about 02 January 2001. The estimated date for bid opening will be on or about 02 February 2001 at 2:00 PM EST at US Army Corps of Engineer, 26 Federal Plaza, Room 1843, New York, NY 10278-0090.
