Description: Project number NKAK 00-1035 consists of constructing and maintaining airfield pavements on Little Rock AFB and the All American Landing Zone at Camp Robinson. Work includes, but is not limited to: seal joints; spall repair; remove and dispose of concrete pavements; construct new concrete slabs; asphalt cold milling; placing hot mix asphalt; provide temporary airfield lighting; airfield markings; and scarify, grade, and compact aggregate surface course. The contract will consist of one basic year with two option years. This project will be a requirements type contract. The estimated contract magnitude is between $1 million and $5 million. This procurement is unrestricted and award will be based on best value using performance-price trade-off procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 234110. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 16 Jan 2001 and may be obtained at the following website: http//eps.gov.
