Description

Repair Sanitary Sewer Mains, 4th Increment East, Capehart Housing Offutt AFB, NE. Project consists of replacement and/or the rehabilitation of existing sanitary sewer mains and laterals in the 4th Increment East, Capehart Housing of 420 occupied units. Replacement will involve the construction of new sewer mains, manholes and service laterals which will require by pass pumping. Restoration work includes street, driveway and sidewalk replacement miscellaneous landscaping and fine grading with sod replacement. The estimated performance period is approximately 12 months. The project number is SGBP 98-0043. The performance period is 330 calendar days. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 234910. The SBA Size Standard is $27.5 million dollars. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project will be solicited _8(a) competitive_ with the approval of the Small Business Administration In Accordance with FAR 19.805-1(d). The competition is limited to Region 7 only, which will include the following states: Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri.
