Description

Contractor will provide home oxygen services for the VA Medical Center, Atlanta, Georgia. The contractor, all branch offices and subcontractors must be JCAHO certified. All services will be performed in the veteran's home or in a nursing home housing the veteran. The area of service shall be VA Medical Center (Atlanta) primary service area in the State of Georgia. This is a negotiated procurement action. Contractors will be required to submit a technical proposal addressing the evaluation factors included in solicitation RFP 508-22-01. The "anticipated" issue date is 1-5-01. Award of the contract is subject to the availability of funds.
