Correct: Shipping information added by Amendment No. 1 to read: "Cassettes shall be returned to VA at the contractor's expense with tracings as specified in C.2.1(d)." In lieu of: "The contractor shall return cassette tapes to VA via "overnight" mail at the contractor's expense" 2. Date for receipt of proposals is extended to 4:30 p.m., local time, December 22, 2000. 3. All other conditions remain the same.
