Origin with deliveries to Stockton, CA 95296 (Qty. 36), New Cumberland, PA 17070 (Qty. 27), and Texarkana, TX 75507 (Qty. 13). Required delivery schedule with First Article Testing is 38 each 225 days after contract award (DACA) and 38 each per month thereafter until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 38 each 150 DACA, 38 per month thereafter until contract completion. This is a Flight Safety Part with engineering testing. Applicable to UH-1 Airframe. This item is restricted to Midway Machining, Co., Inc., 8023 Gateway Drive, Neosho, MO 64850; and R E Dye MFG, Corp., 207 Williams Street, Breckenridge, TX 76424. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
