The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 50 each 420 days after contract award (DACA), and 50 each the following month. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 268 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 50 each 280 DACA, and 50 each the following month.
