Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Jacksonville, Florida intends to negotiate with Derco Aerospace Inc.Milwaukee, WI under the authority of FAR 6.302 for 20 each Solenoid, primary, part number 4-1058-31; 20 each Solenoid, secondary, part number 4-1058-31-3; 20 each Pilot and Float Assembly, primary part number 4-1058-204-1; 20 each Pilot and Float Assembly, secondary, part number 4-1058-204-2. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals that clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the needs of the Government which are received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is issued to FAR 12 and FAR 13.5. The Standard Industry Code (SIC)is 3728.
