Specifications; MODEL RD115ES High Pressure Water Cleaning systems or equal. C.1 Requirements; Pumps 8 G.P.M. at 15000 P.S.I., stainless steel fluid end with stainless stuffing boxes and spring loaded packing. 1-1/2" inlet port, " discharge port, 0-20000 PSI liquid. Filed pressure gage, 18000-PSI relief valve. Motor: 75 HP, 480 Volt, 1800 RPM, TEFC, 1.15SS electric motor. Starter/controls: NEMA type 3R weatherproof steel enclosure, COMB. Starter, circuit breaker disconnect with door mounted handle, fusible disconnect switch with dual element fuses, hand-off-auto selector switch elapsed time meter, UL508 listed industrial controls. Drive: V-belt & Sheave with a fully enclosed OSHA approved belt guard. Pump/Motor/Control unit is mounted on a steel skid with forklift slots, single eye lifting bail, 30 gallon stainless steel pressurized water tank reservoir, SS Micron sock filter assembly with Y-strainer at pump inlet, 150' capacity hose rack. Equipment to be sand blasted and epoxy coated to protect against salt air/water.
