Description

17. This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ), and therefore, a formal solicitation will not be issued. Responses to this notice should be provided in writing by 28 December 00, 1:00 PM PST. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The Government intends to procure the following: Provide engineering, parts, labor, materials, installation and training on custom phasing equipment for government owned towers at Momote, Japan. Provide system in accordance with the statement of work. The installation and training shall be performed on location in Japan and material shall be delivered FOB destination to T-ASA location in McClellan, CA. for shipment overseas. Required delivery date of complete system is 90 days after date of award. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Offeror's proposing to provide other than the requested items shall include specification data sufficient to enable the Government to determine the capability of the offered items to meet the requirements stated above and in the specifications. All proposals received by the time established for the receipt of proposals shall be considered by the Government.
