Automated Best Value System (ABVS). Solicitation will result in an indedinite qty contract for the year and four option years. Maximum annual qty is 930, est annual qty of 620 and the guaranteed minimum qty of 155. Per delivery order minimum qty is 55, maximum qty is 250.
