Description

The U S Naval Academy has a requirement for the following instrument. Rising Step Load Testing System: Tensile Frame + Load Cell. 1 Eash. Motor Controller. 1 Each. Scientific Controller. 1 Eash. Scientific Software. 1 Each. Utilization and Maintenance Training. 1 Each. Shipping. 1 Lot. System Specifications are: Non-hydraulic force application and bench-top configuration. Tensile configuration. Capability to conduct tests according to ASTM E1820, E399 and F519. Capability to conduct rising step load tests to determine K(ieac) or K(eac) (ASTM F1624 and F1940). Corrosion resistant test frame capable of 8,000 pound support (minimum). 8,000 pound load cell (minimum). 4 inch travel in stroke (minimum). Adjustable average stroke rate between 0 and 10(-5) in/sec (or higher). software control and data collection. System training and support/warranty. This solicitation is unrestricted.
