Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responses to this solicitation (RFQ) must make reference to solicitation number F0469301T0047. LAAFB proposes to procure office furniture that meets the following requirements and specifications: One Credenza 65 13/16" W x 21 13/16" D x 30" H w/ 2 file/file pedestal; Two Credenza w/2 file/file pedestal 71 13/16" W x 21 13/16" D x 30" H; One Boat shaped Conference Table w/3 panel end bases, 144" W x 48" D; One Round Conference Table w/metal cross base 54" diameter; One Round Conference Table w/metal cross base, 42" diameter; One single pedestal desk 71 13/16" W x 35 13/16"D x 30" H; One right return desk 60" W x 22" D; One single pedestal desk w/1-box/box/file, 1 center drawer 71 13/16"W x 35 13/16"D x 30"H; One single pedestal desk w/1-box/box/file, 1 center drawer 65 13/16"W x 29 13/16"D x 30"H; One bookcase 48"H x 36"W x 15"D; One bookcase 36"W x 15"D x 29"H; One computer unit w/keyboard 72" W x 22"D; Two file pedestal desks; One common top w/end panel 60"W x 30"D; One Boat Shaped Conference Table w/panel end bases 96"W x 42"D; One Bookcase Organizer over credenza 35"W x 15"D x 43"H; One double pedestal desk w/1-box/box/1 center drawer, 71 13/16"W x 35 13/16"D x 30"H; One telephone stand 24"W x 24"D x 22"H; One Lateral file w/2 drawer, 37 34"W x 21 13/16"D x 30"H. All items are to be brushed brass hardware, with a vintage mahogany on walnut finish. There are a total of twenty (22) items. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business. Interested vendors have ten (10) days from publication of this Synopsis/RFQ to submit their quote. Required delivery at Los Angeles AFB is 30 days after contract award. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor (CCR) database, NO EXEMPTIONS. In order to register, apply through the Internet at http://www.ccr2000.com. A DUNS (Dun and Bradstreet) number is required in order to register. Verification of CCR registration and Tax ID number must accompany your quote. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition and addenda are not attached; FAR52.212-3 "Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition and a completed copy of the provision should be provided with the offer. FAR 52-212-4, "Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items"; DFAR 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contract Registration"; FAR 52.233-3, "Agency Protests" and FAR 52.212.5, "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items", including the following subclauses, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37 and 52.232-33, apply to this acquisition. The evaluation criteria for this solicitation will consist of technical capability of the Offeror to meet the agency technical and delivery requirements, and price.
