Description

This is a notice of intent from the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division to issue a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) completion contract, on an other than full and open competition basis, to Compass Systems, Inc., 48015 Pine Hill Run Road, Building 4, Lexington Park, MD, 20653-0003. This contract is for engineering and field support for Navy Special Projects avionics and Navy Special Projects ground support equipment. Examples of the work to be performed are the development, design and fabrication of Special Projects Video Aircraft Dissemination System (VADS), software support and upgrade of Cluster Fable (CF) Ground Version 3.0 FSC 1680, software support and upgrade of CF Airborne Version 3.0 FSC 1680, development and maintenance of Special Projects Falcon View plug-ins, and software support for Paragon's ELT/3500 with Application Programming Interface (API). This effort will necessitate access to software which Compass Systems, Inc. owns the rights to, and therefore cannot be awarded to another contractor.
