The solicitation is a renewal of Technical Documentation & Logistics Subscription Svc from Information Handling Services to include Core Database; DoD Standardization Documents Database; DoD Standardization Documents-Historical Complete; DoD Adopted Industry Standards Database; AIA/NAS Documents Database; CatalogXpress Vendor Catalog Service; HAYSTACK III Logistics Info Database (extranet & on-line -- 1 user access) Advanced Database; ASTM Complete; IEEE Complete; UL Complete; ASME Complete. License includes: 5 user access-85 seats, Core & Advance Database(1 user access for Haystack); 1 user access -10 seats- Core Database; six named off-site IMMC liaison engineers, LARS Offices-Ft Campbell & Ft Rucker -- 1 year special trial. The government intends to award sole source to INFORMATION HANDLING SERVICES, Englewood, CO, because it is the only known source that can satisfy the agency requirements.
