Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) hereby amends its notice published in the December 6, 2000, edition of the Commerce Business Daily to reflect that the NRC's requirement to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Mallett Technologies, Inc., for the purchase of the ANSYS Parallel Performance Software Package and one year of maintenance support, is amended to reflect that the proposed requirement is a commercial item. As the proposed acquisition is being conducted under the procedures of Subpart 13 -- Simplified Acquisition Procedures of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the closing date for receipt of written capability statements from interested respondents is December 18, 2000.
