Description

Notice that the General Services Administration, FTS Region 10, 4040 Wheaton Way Suite 111, Bremerton, WA 98310 intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order with Hugh Milburn under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Hugh Milburn will provide concepts, design and development of next generation mooring systems for the Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory, NOAA. No solicitation will result from this announcement. However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. For a copy of the Statement of Work send your request to Dan Raymond at the email address listed. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be made before noon Pacific Standard Time of the response date listed above. Numbered Notes 1 and 22 apply.
