Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Connecticut Healthcare System intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Advanced Technologies Laboratories (ATL) for providing a full service contract for three (3) ATL Ultrasound systems models: HDI5000-EE414865 HDI3000-EE27509 HDI5000-EE41410 Scope of work shall include the following: Contractor to provide ATL Uplink (Remote Diagnostics and Feature Activation), all parts (including scanheads) that fail during normal use, all labor and travel during normal working hours (9:00am -- 5:00pm) Monday -- Friday, provide all operating system software updates, unlimited technical services telephone support, Respond by telephone within 30 minutes of notification by the VA, Four (4) Equipment Quality Audits (QAA's), accidental scanhead damage protection at 50% off exchange price, 35% discount off list price on purchaseable upgrades and scanheads.
