Description

Q -- The Oklahoma City Area Indian Health Service is in need of radiology services for the USPHS Indian Health Center, Pawnee Oklahoma for the period February 1, 2001 or date of award through January 31, 2002 with four pre-priced option years. Radiology service will be performed at the Contractor's facility with Contractor picking up and delivering radiology film/report to the Pawnee Service Unit. Issue date of RFP o/a December 29, 2000 under commercial item acquisition. Offerors will have 15 days to prepare a response to the request for proposal from issue date. All interested business concerns may submit an offer which will be considered.
