Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to competitively = procure=20 Management Support Services for the Defense Activity for = Non-Traditional=20 Education Support (DANTES) Worldwide Education Symposium to be held in = Orlando,=20 Florida during 7-11 July 2003. Required tasks include but are not = limited to=20 the following: management of conference registration, exhibitor = registration=20 and supporting funding; coordination of hotel reservations, associated = social=20 functions, and supply and setup of audiovisual equipment and support = materials;=20 and the design, development, and preparation for printing of symposium=20 materials. The proposed procurement is being processed on an = Unrestricted=20 basis. The proposed action will result in a Cost Plus Fixed Fee = completion=20 contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be = considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia.
