Description

This is a Sources Sought Synopsis; there is no solicitation available at this time. A Sources Sought Synopsis is not a request for proposal and in no way commits the Government to award a contract. Requests for solicitation will receive no response. This Sources Sought Synopsis is published for market research purposes only, to identify sources capable of performing contract closeout. Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Directorate of Contracting expects the qualified contractors to possess the capabilities and experience to accomplish contract closeout. This shall include but is not limited to the following: The contractor is to have knowledge of regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to contract administration and closeout. The contractor will extract and assemble data from contract files and computer data systems, computer listings and other records in order to reconcile and prepare contract closeout reports/documents. The contractor must have knowledge of government data systems, Management of Contract Administration System (MOCAS), Due-in Asset System (J041), and J018 System; familiarity and basic to intermediate skill with Microsoft Office application, basic internet use and e-mail. Skills would include the ability to research, analyze, recommend solutions, and initiate action necessary to accomplish contract closeout and reconciliation. The contractor will be required to meet deadlines and schedules for status and metric reporting.
