Description

The Department of Justice intends to procure the services of Advance Courtroom Technologies for on-going automated litigative services, for the U.S. Attorney's Office located in San Francisco, CA., on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Responses received as a result of this notice of intent, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon any written responses to this notice, is solely within the descretion of the Government.*****
